A fast summer. A great summer! I just got back from Nashville. My first time. Very musically inspiring! Mostly because I got to listen to a Q&A from Jeff Stevens, a country producer/singer/songwriter. I had no idea who he was, as I don’t listen to all that much country, but hearing soup-to-nuts, one person’s path in music was really amazing!

Mae returned to the Boston area this summer after graduating from college. Before she begins a new chapter in New York City this Autumn, she has been hitting the open mic scene hard. We’re stoked to have her perform our Showcase. She writes songs that keep you engaged and grooving with a sound that reminds us of the passion of Ritchie Havens topped with the sweet voice of Brandi Carlile.
